I specifically like the fact that the package comes with a comprehensive manual. However, I found the material to be too intimidating. Reading it, it makes you more afraid than ready to train your dog.
Nevertheless, I used the collar, and it surprised me that it actually worked. However, as I suspect, the training collar is not working consistently perhaps because I might be doing something wrong. I don’t know. There are instances that I get good responses from my 7 months old standard poodle, but there are also members when she will just walk away despite the fact that I am turning the stimulus level to the maximum. What makes me more confused is that she always responds to when the level is only on 1.
Obviously, I have to figure out why the training collar is not working properly or is it me. I am not sure, but I sincerely think that it is not about the product since I already tested it. It will be definitely great if I will be able to figure out to make it work consistently.
Other than that, I find the other features attractive. It has a good size, water-resistant, and most of all, rechargeable. I dread those training collars with batteries that dry up so quickly.
I will definitely update my review once I figured out how to use it properly (or should I already call for help? LOL).
Fortunately, help came! Thanks to the customer support center’s help. Actually, I was sent with a new collar (free of charge, of course). I finally get to use it consistently. I do not use the collar on an everyday basis; only on times when I had to teach my poodle to behave appropriately like when she jumps on our guests once.
On that note, I highly recommend the use of this product.
