I specifically like the fact that the package comes with a comprehensive manual. However, I found the material to be too intimidating. Reading it, it makes you more afraid than ready to train your dog. Nevertheless, I used the collar, and it surprised me that it actually worked. However, as I suspect, the training collar is not working consistently perhaps because I might be doing something wrong. I don’t know. There are instances that I get good responses from my 7 months old standard poodle, but there are also members when she will just walk away despite the fact that I am turning the stimulus level to the maximum. What makes me more confused is that she always responds to when the level is only on 1.
